Picture Puzzles: Introducing the '4 Pics, One Word' Activity

Writer's picture: Cool EnglishCool English

Hello to all the learners and teachers out there,

I'm John from Cool English, with your weekly activity update. This time, we're introducing a game that's both fun and challenging - '4 Pics One Word.' Inspired by the popular mobile app of the same name, this activity presents students with four images, all pointing to a single word.

Underneath the images, you'll find blank spaces, indicating the number of letters in the target word. Students can click on the provided letters to attempt to solve the puzzle. And if the puzzle seems a bit tricky? No worries, there's a revealable clue to give them a helpful nudge in the right direction.

Ideal as a class starter or finisher, this game offers a unique blend of entertainment and learning. I'm sure your students will find it as enjoyable as it is enlightening.

Remember to check back next week for more engaging activities at coolenglish.net.

Stay cool,

John
