Comic Strips – read the short comic strips and try to explain the joke. There is a button to reveal the joke if you don’t get it. I love this activity to teach some interesting vocabulary and even my most advanced students are challenged to explain jokes in English.
As It Was by Harry Styles – A comprehensive review of this popular song. There are multiple-choice and fill-in-the-blank options along with the printable worksheet. I also include the lyric video, official video, and karaoke video. Go over the videos and pause every line or so to have the students repeat it.
