Hey everybody, John from Cool English with your weekly new activities. Today I have a new game based on compound nouns I call “2 pics = 1 word”. There are easy, medium, and hard versions depending on your class level.
2 pics = 1 word – start by choosing a number to reveal two pictures. Reveal the individual words or the compound noun they form. Finally award points as deserved and continue the game.
My students love this little warmer/cooler game, it’s a fun way to see compound nouns. Please check back next week for some new music.
