How can I share links with my students?

You can share the links to individual activities but not the page with all the activities. How can I favorite activities and save them in folders?

Simply click on the heart icon in the lower right corner of the activity you want to favorite. Next either create a folder for it or add it to an existing folder. You can access the folders in the members area located in the upper right corner of the site.
What should I do if can’t access the material or log in?

Simply log out and log back in by clicking on the log in icon in the upper right corner. If you have any issues please contact me at john@coolenglish.net and I will be happy to help.
What can I do if I don’t know my password?

You can choose forgot password on the log in screen and you will be sent an email with a password reset.
What payment methods are acceptable?

Currently there are two payment options. Credit card or PayPal
How can I change my credit card?

When your subscription runs out you can cancel it and repurchase it with the new card. I am working on a way do this without the need to cancel first.
How can I cancel my membership?

To cancel, enter the members area by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner and selecting "my subscriptions".
